The Jarrah/Red Gum is a hybrid of the rare medicinal Jarrah honey and the Red Gum Honey, which is a popular local honey because of it’s soft scent and flavour. The Jarrah/ Red Gum has a soft and earthy taste with toffee undertones. This honey is most popular during the end of the Jarrah season when the Red Gum trees start to bloom.
