This honey has a very similar flavour to that of the Jarrah honey. It is one of our richest honeys available with toffee and molases undertones to it. It is particularly popular because of its soft aroma as well.
 
This honey comes from Blackbutt trees (a type of Eucalyptus) found in Glen Eagle Forest.
 
Rich and thick with a full bodied flavour, unlike any other honey, Blackbutt Honey has a distinctly strong syrup-like taste. With high antimicrobial activity, it can also be used topically.
