Refund policy 

Existing and new customers can always contact us for any questions, clarifications, issues or concerns at colmena247@gmail.com or phone 0488 020 492.

If you are not happy with the  quality  of any of our products, bring it to the stall for a refund.

Refunds will not apply when the customer:

  • received what they asked for but later changed their mind

  • found the good or service cheaper somewhere else

  • doesn’t have proof of purchase

  • has damaged the goods

  • decided they had no use for it.

Replacement policy 

New and existing customers can always contact us for clarifications, questions, concerns or issues with any of our beehive products.

If you are not happy with any of our products, bring it tot he stall for a replacement

Replacements will not apply when the customers: 

  • changed your mind

  • ordered the wrong product

  • found the product cheaper elsewhere

  • were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, such as if the fault was written on the tag, or indicated in the photos or item description online

  • damaged the product by misusing it – for example, you dropped your mobile phone in water

  • used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

 

Please note  Most raw Honey will naturally crystallize if it sits in your cupboard for any length of time. This is totally natural and in fact it is the way Honey preserves looks after and preserves itself.
