The light amber colour  and sotf  tones of this unusual honey, make it a good addition to our range of flavours. Recently harvested  from the  areas between Busselton and Albany, from the Eucalyptus Cornuta, commonly known as yate.
The soft and maple syrup-like tones of this honey make it  perfect for pancakes, smoothies, cereal and in teas to soothe the throat, and for those who enjoy a nice toffee-tasting honey.
